Bob is trying to print an Excel 2003 worksheet for an important meeting. He needs to present a one-page report, but the last column spills over onto a second page. Is there a way to fit all your data onto one page?

He can go on the page set up and select fit to 1 page or he do a print preview of his work, so that he can see what his page is going to look like after printing. He will also be able to do some adjustments on the worksheet if not happy with the result. A set up button is available on the print preview to set the appearance of the page.

Bob does not have time to learn how to solve his printing problems.

  • He can make charts to get his point across fast as charts turns work sheet data into a picture where you can make a comparison or trend visible at a glance

    Other communication routes he could use are;

Emails can also be used to send to everyone with all information explained as well as telephone calls. Smartboards and power point presentations can also be useful can aslo be used as you will be able to answer any question being asked and you can also express what you want to say.
